  • I entered the address incorrectly when placing my order
    Please double check when placing your order, as all sales are final and we do not offer any refund or discount for orders sent to wrong address due to ordering error. If listed address in undeliverable package will be returned to our fulfillment company. If claimed within 14 days order can be re-shipped for an additional fee. If item is left unclaimed it will be donated to charity and any claim to it will be considered forfeit. We apologize for any inconvenience, but this policy is to keep costs to customers minimal therefore we strictly adhere to it.
  • Damaged Product
    If an order arrives damaged, please reach out to us at support@inkbatstudio.com with the following information: 1) Full name as it appears on the order 2) Packing slip number 3) Order ID 4) Product 5) Photograph clearly showing the damaged item with the tracking label from the package visible.
  • Carrier returns package due to undeliverable address

  • Where do I send my return?
    Packages sent out from our US and Mexico fulfillment centers are returned to our Charlotte facility: Inkbat Studio 11201 Ed Brown Rd Unit A Charlotte, North Carolina 28273 Please ensure that you have first emailed support@inkbatstudio.com to coordinate the return with us since we use a 3rd party fulfillment company. This will ensure a smooth experience for all parties.
  • Do you accept returns?
    All sales are final. We do not offer any returns or exchanges. The only exception is for items that are damaged upon arrival. We apologize for any inconvenience, but this policy is to keep costs to customers minimal therefore we strictly adhere to it.
  • Are products shipped together
    Some of our products come individually packaged to protect their shape and provide extra durability. Here are the products we may ship separately: snapback hats, trucker hats, dad hats/baseball caps, and visors backpacks jewelry mugs postcards and stickers pillows with stuffing posters framed posters canvas bean bag cases keychains and pet tags water bottles notebooks blankets In some cases, we may fulfill products from the same order in different facilities, which means they’ll be shipped separately.
  • How long do I have to return a damaged product

  • What if my package is late?
    1) I know your excited, but please wait for a bit more. Unfortunately shipments can get delayed for a number of unpredictable reasons.
